Strength Programs
Strength is a fundamental part of CrossFit and we’ve recently had a great deal of success with our individualized strength programs, leading to new PRs across the board! These programs are personalized for each individual and are written specifically for your goals in mind.Programs can run either 8 weeks ($200) or 12 weeks ($300). If you’re interested in trying one out for yourself, talk to one of your coaches next time you come to class!
