Challenge of the Month: Grip Strength

This month’s challenge is to accumulate 3 total minutes of time hanging on a bar every time you come to the gym. Then, anytime between Christmas and New Years, have a coach time you to see how long you can hang on the bar without falling off. The top male and female times will win a $20 credit towards anything at the gym!
