2014 Holiday Party

Want to come to the gym, eat all the food you want, and not have to worry about doing a single burpee?? Well now is your chance as it’s time for the 3rd Annual FullOut Holiday Party!

On Saturday, Dec. 13th at 7pm, we will be having a potluck holiday party at FullOut CrossFit. There is a sign-up sheet on the bulletin board so make sure to put your name down and let us know what you’ll be bringing!

**Additionally, for those of you who wish to participate, we will be having a white elephant gift exchange! If you wish to participate, please bring a wrapped gift to the party. We will limit the cost of the gift to $20.**

The holiday season is officially underway and with it comes some exciting news!
While December can be a great time to enjoy holiday parties and get togethers with friends and family, it can also be a tough month to keep your fitness on track. This holiday season, we are offering the gift of health and fitness through membership gift cards. For $80, you can give a friend or loved one a month long membership to FullOut CrossFit for them to redeem as soon as they’re ready to get in shape! Get yours today!
For the entire month of December, we will be offering a discount on your favorite FullOut gear! T-shirts will be $20 (reg. $35) and hoodies will be $45 (reg. $60).
This month we will be introducing a new event called the Leaderboard Shake-Up! On the last Monday of every month we will be offering the opportunity for all members to come in and get their name up on the leaderboard. The WOD will give members a chance to pick either a lift, benchmark workout, or both to record and compete for one of the top 3 spots on the leaderboard. We look forward to seeing some new names on the board at the end of the month!

Challenge of the Month: Grip Strength

This month’s challenge is to accumulate 3 total minutes of time hanging on a bar every time you come to the gym. Then, anytime between Christmas and New Years, have a coach time you to see how long you can hang on the bar without falling off. The top male and female times will win a $20 credit towards anything at the gym!

Strength Programs
Strength is a fundamental part of CrossFit and we’ve recently had a great deal of success with our individualized strength programs, leading to new PRs across the board! These programs are personalized for each individual and are written specifically for your goals in mind.Programs can run either 8 weeks ($200) or 12 weeks ($300). If you’re interested in trying one out for yourself, talk to one of your coaches next time you come to class!
